Programs

Chess has grown immensely in popularity and taken on a brand new face over the last few years, but can still be incredibly intimidating to learn. In our recreational chess club, we focus on creating a relaxing and fun environment where kids are able to play, learn, and foster meaningful connections regardless of skill level or previous experience. Facilitated by Rachel Halpern, this two-hour program is geared towards kids on the autism spectrum, providing a safe and enriching space cognizant of both learning differences and sensory needs.
